Topside Pool Club is an exclusive, members-only club located in the beautiful Downtown Greenville. 

THE MOST IMPORTANT

Members get exclusive access to the club during open hours. Each member can bring up to three guests at a time, daily guest passes are $20. Access gets you unlimited time to swim, tableside or swim-up bar service, and plenty of people to socialize with!

THE MOST REFRESHING

You can't relax by the water without a cold beverage in your hand. Topside Pool Club has a full-service bar featuring craft beers, select wines, and signature spirits served by an attentive staff at your table or at our swim-up bar. If we don't have your favorite beverage, just ask, we are happy to stock it!

THE MOST PARTIES

Whether you are looking to host your own corporate event, or attend our year-round member only events, there are plenty of ways to socialize at Topside. Private events can be booked during off hours while members can bring in small groups on the weekends.

Additional Membership Details

• Membership Dues are due on the 1st of the month May-August. There are no monthly charges in the off-season.
• *Welcome Gift Card must be redeemed within the first 14 days of your membership.
• Membership candidates must pay a one time $150 application fee, $200 for a couple. 
• Approved members must put down a $100 refundable security deposit.
• Members can discontinue their membership after three months with a 30 day notice. If you choose to rejoin later you will have to submit another application fee.
• To qualify for a residential discount, you must show proof of residence at a Hughes Investments property- Falls Park Place, Riverplace, Poinsett Plaza, RiverWalk, or RiversEDGE.
• Payments are made monthly, or entire year can be paid up front for a 5% discount.
• To qualify as a couple, two people must be in a committed domestic relationship. Sorry, roommates don't count.
• All members must sign a Membership Agreement and are subject to the terms and conditions as agreed. 
• Topside is an adult-friendly club. Sorry, no minors during open hours. We are happy to book private events with children. 
• We do not discriminate candidates for membership based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, or national origin. 
• New members seeking Platinum memberships must first complete a Gold membership trial for 30 days before being upgraded to Platinum.

1. To be considered for membership, please submit an application.
2. We will present your name to our board for approval. Club tours are available during open hours.
